We ship worldwide from Lithuania. Estimated delivery times are:

EU countries: 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: 1–2 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Product Usage

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Return Shipping

You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. We operate a no-return-required refund policy for eligible claims within the 14-day window.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

5. Non-Refundable Situations
